Active Subscription listed as terminated in iLok
Hi
I have paid my subscription, but it is listed as terminated in iLok for both Pro tools and Falcon. In ACID Link the Pro tools got refreshed and shows the exact new expiration date. Hey all,
If anyone has any ideas of anything else I could try at this point whilst I wait for Avid CS, I'd be very grateful - my Subscription has now expired, and I'm unable to open Pro Tools, despite my Avid account showing as Active and this month's payment having come out as normal. Cheers, Tim |

Just wait. I will add to the escalation that you are needing temp license if it takes time to sort it out

License Pending on Active subscription
Hiya!
Same problem as everybody else that described it : 1. Money drawn on april 11th 2. Subscription showing up as active 3. License not delivered / Pending renewal. Pro Tools Subscription renewed but licenses expired
This is happening to me as well. PT would not launch this morning, and I received the 'subscription license has expired' message. Re-syncing in iLok did not resolve the issue. I can see plainly in my Avid account that my license status is showing 'active', and 'auto-renew' is ON. The monthly payment for April went through normally just last week. I submitted a case, but I'm guessing my case is at the bottom of an enormous pile.
The PT subscription in iLok is showing expired on 4/11/2020 - but PT has been functioning normally until today (4/19). Is this a widespread issue at Avid? Same problem. I opened a ticket 03928926 for a case.
Payment went though on 4/11. but iLok shows it expired on 4/11. it is now 4/19 and just got locked out this morning. I went through the steps in the Knowledge Center to no avail. Last edited by jeffro; 04-20-2020 at 05:32 PM. Reason: Answered support case. |
