Loss of Channel Matrix in PT8

Hi all,

We have 3 PC users reporting a loss of channel matrix. Mine has been reported to Digi with no response yet. Not critical but I want to get stable on PT8. Does anyone else on PT 8 have this. Mine is a loss after Channel Banking and/or Master Fader. All Select, Solo, Mute functions are loss. Is this me or others. Does not happen on 7.4.

I have a similar problem. After Channel Banking..this is what happen :
For example when i open an 18 track session, Matrix works until i bank to get fader on channel 17-18, when i come back to get fader on channel 1-16, Matrix only works on channel 1-2 and 17-18. '' Show all tracks '' and then '' Hide all tracks '' fixed the problem. Weird

I'm on OS 10.5.5, PT8, Mac G5 Dual 2 Ghz, 6 Gb Ram

I don't if you can help. My edit pack will only right click - hit the left button and nothing. ( fault of fixable?). I am running mac 10.5 leopard on a 3.2 gig with PT 7.4.2.
Also did you get anything back on the matrix problem?

Did you get all your issues sorted with PT8 and your procontrol? I have the software but am still waiting.... should I jump yet?
Secondly...I have read an article by Stevie Winwood's producer - he has purchased a separate monitoring unit because he says that the monitoring on the procontrol degrades the signal - any view or advice please

The channel matrix problem with PT8 is not fixed yet. The monitoring section on the PC is definitely not that great, I use the Dangerous ST-SR and it's quite an improvement.
