Default HELP with disk Warrior

Just received my Disk warrior CD and so I did a routine test on my system drive (MacOS09).

It has found all kind of small errors like custom icon errors for example, and some of these errors are on PACE, Waves or DAE folders.

Since these companies do strange things in the file system for copy protection I need to know if anyone on the forum has had any trouble with authorizations after having rebuilt the directory with disk warrior.
I run a 100% legit system so I would hate to have to re-authorize things, and de-authorizing is just a very lengthy process

thanks for any feedback
Mark

I've been using DW so long I didn't give it a second thought when I first ran 3.0 and it wanted to fix things. It said it had no difficulty finding files and I just let it do its thing.

Thanks for the comments :
Its true that as a long time Waves (and Pace copy protection) user on both PC and Mac, I have become slightly paranoid, sometimes rightly so... Since none of that stuff is documented for obvious reasons, the user is left wondering...
