Recording point keeps advancing with every stop
Hi,
I'm using Version 5.3.1, and this problem just started so I assume it's user error. When I start to record, each time I stop (either saving the recording or discarding it) the play back markers keep shifting to the right. It doesn't start at the begining, it just keeps advancing. Any ideas what I can do to correct this? thanks in advance. Rufus |

in preferences > operation > untick timeline follows playback
in 6.x you can toggle this just pressing N on your keyboard |

Thanks lnl,
That fixed the problem. I didn't intentionally change it, it was driving me nuts. Thanks again, Rufus |

Re: Recording point keeps advancing with every sto
hi Rufus,
glad it worked. I find that both settings are useful, especially as PT doesn't seem to have a dedicated pause button in transport control. cheers! ellenell |
