ExMackieControl not responding

Dear friends
Today I noticed something pretty strange! I opened the"Activity Monitor App" in OSX and I noticed 4 red files. These files has obviously something to do with my Euphonix controller but I haven't noticed any problems except that ProTools Le 8.0.4 complains about the DAE settings but I thought that had something to with Reason and rewire.

Have anyone here at the DUC had the same thing going on. ? Not responding doesn't sound to good in my ears so there's definitely something fishy going on

I have a Euphonix Artist MC Control with EuControl 2.5.5 and my OSX is 10.5.8

Mac Pro 3.1 QuadCore Intel Xeon 2.8GHz with 10GB ram
