The problem is that a wheel works only in one direction. Fail test only gives a positive value when rotating right or left. Did anyone come across the same problem? Is there any kind of information?

Hi, I don't know what a "fail test" is. However, I had the same problem. After programming the Transporter Jog Wheel, for scrolling up and down for example, it would only work in one direction.

Diagnosis: for some reason, each time I program the jog wheel, only the command for the left direction is saved. This is confirmed by opening the commands again, and seeing that the right direction jog command field is empty.

Solution: I now program only one direction at a time, i.e. program the left jog wheel direction command, close the command window, save, open the command window again and program the right jog wheel direction.
