Problem with Pro Tools Control & Eucon

I have installed Eucon 3.4.1 11610116 which is what is in my Avid Master Account and I have the Control app v1.0.7 11610116 on my iPad running iOS 9.3.5 and although the Eucon app on my Pro Tools computer, running 10.10.5 with PT 12.6HD shows my Pro Tools Control app as available when I select Add I get an error message saying that Pro Tools Control can not be added because it is not compatible with the installed version of EuControl.

I have updated the OS on my iPad, I have deleted and re-installed the app on my iPad. I have had it working before I updated to the latest version of Eucon. Any ideas please?

When I came to boot up this morning it all worked fine so it probably was just needing a full reboot. All is well.

I have this problem consistently regardless of how many times I reboot. I'd love to get it figured out.

make sure you iPad App is up to date .. reinstalling as Mike did, i have not seen this yet ....

For others:

I have had a similar issue:
Correct versions of both eucon and app, but still getting the incompatibility error.

I solved it by setting a different name for my ipad (general ios settings).
It had an apostrophe in it and that showed up weird in the eucon software.
Making it shorter may also have helped
