OMG!!! I lost my ilock?????
 What do I do now that I have misplaced my ILOCK. I am out of town and have work to do but I have misplaced my ILOCK . AAARRRGGGG!!!!

As long as you have the TLC option active, you can have replacement licenses placed in your account very quickly.

It's insurance for when this sort of thing happens. The TLC option with Zero Downtime will replace your licences on a new iLok almost immediately. Have a read on the iLok.com website.

I would not ever consider an ilok safe without ZDT / TLC.

Just read it. From what I understand, you can still recuperate the licenses in case of lost / stollen but it will take more time and you have to put in touch with Avid about it to transfer your licenses to a new ilok. Am I right?

I take it it's impossible to transfer your licenses to iLok Cloud without the physical iLok?
Depending on what you need to do, you could use Reaper in the meantime.
