Came across the same issue last night.

You will need to register the plugin via the Nugen website as well to obtain a license code (it differs from the one Avid gives you)

While I don't remember the steps, since I clicked on so many windows trying to get it to work. The first step would be to create an account with Nugen (if not already present). If I had to think really hard, it all started with some option within the plugin window, "Get new license"

You can also try to register the same code Avid gave you in your order email on the Nugen website, you should then get some confirmation emails with the activation code for the plugin

Yeah got there eventually! when i first registered at Nugen i never received an email with the code! logged back into my account and requested the code to be sent and it worked.

Using it now! really cool tool

Really cool thing is you can have more than one!

I now have one for A/B master & Dry (Unmastered) and one for A/B Master & Reference (my feed from iTunes)...
