Panther 10.3 and Pro Tools Lock up
I just upgraded my Powermac G4 to OS 10.3 because I could not upgrade to LE 6.1 with OS 10.1. The documentation that came with Pro Tools 6.1 states "Pro Tools 6.1 Requires Mac OS X 10.2.5 or Above". Now Pro Tools locks up (a message pops up stating that I must reboot) each time I try to open a file or access the workspace. After hours of going over the instructions, reconfiguring, reinstalling and restarting I have had no luck. I just found a link in the Protools site that states they are uncompatible. Is this true? Does anyone have any advice? Am I screwed?

Re: Panther 10.3 and Pro Tools Lock up
Yeah, ProTools won't be panther (10.3) compatible until mid-november sometime. If you need to run ProTools now, you need to downgrade to OS 10.2.8 or earlier.

Or maybe later...some hardware won't be supported on 10.3 until next year.
