Can you use an 003 Rack as your LE interface, and a Project Mix I/O for the CS?
I am currently running Pro Tools M-Powered off a Project Mix I/O. I'm interested in upgrading to the 003 RACK so I can get PTLE (I already have a UA-LA610MkII for my Pre-Amps, so I am mostly interested in the upgrade for the sound and processing), but I would hate to waste my PMIO investment; can I use the 003 Rack as my LE interface and my PMIO as just my control surface for mixing? Or do they not play well with one another?

AFAIK, that won't work as LE simply won't recognize the M-Audio hardware. I doubt you will hear any improvement anyway. I think the only logical reason to CHANGE to LE/003 would be if you want to use the DV or Complete Tool kits which don't work with MP. BTW, I loved my LA-610 and miss it

Well I was tempted to get the 003 Rack and get it modded by Black Lion Audio and do their Sig Series upgrade. I just for some reason feel limited with my PMIO.
