Default Select sample rate of audio to import -V7?

On my work's LE system an engineer showed me how to sample-rate convert audio on import - but at home I can't find this option. Pretty sure it was in the Import Audio To Track dialogue. I'm using V7, and am wondering if this was introduced only in a later version.

Specifically I recall there was a box to tick and drop-down menu specifying the sample rate of the audio to be imported.

It was an odd case because the audio had been recorded in a 44.1 session but mistakenly synced to a clock at 48, so it was saved as 44.1 but playing back sounding slow. The engineer specified a sample rate of 48 on import to a session at 44.1 and that fixed it - but I can't find how to do it now.

On import, uncheck the 'Apply SRC' box and the file will be copied directly over to the new rate without being sample-rate converted.
