Protools wont show video screen by pressing command+9
Hi All,
I'm currently using protools M-Powered 8.0.1 with snow leopard 10.6.8 Mac Pro, I can't seem to get my video screen up by pressing command+9 (number pad) even after restarting, closing and opening protools or re-importing the video. I've tried video in mp4 and mov format, nothing happens, no video screens are showing. I tried shifting my dual monitor back to single, mirror and double again, still ain't getting luck for that. PLEASE HELP, am starting to pull my hairs off from this one!!!!!! THANK YOU GUYS!! APPRECIATED!!

Did you try trashing your preferences? If you go to the Window menu, you do have Video listed as selectable (not gray) window, correct?
