2 MC Mix's 1 MC Control and Reason

How do set my setup (2 MC Mix's and 1 MC Control) to work in reason. Ideally, Id like to setup the transport function in Reason. Id like to be able to click on a mixer (in Reason) whic will affect my controller.

After that is setup, Id like to setup some of my fav key commands for reason.
