Default Anyone having problems with ilok.com? Site locks

I can't seem to sync one of my new iloks. Never had a problem before. I have 4 others that sync with no problems. The new ilok is working just fine. But I want to transfer the auths off of this one onto one of the other 4. 5 iloks is just too many. The problem is ilok.com hangs everytime I try to sync my new ilok. It flips to the progress window and says " One moment please... " stays there forever and then locks up. Any ideas? I certainly don't want to give PACE anymore money.
