Eureka prom installed but the exp pedal wont calibrate right

Everytime i try to calibrate them it just screws em up. they both go to 0 with the toe up, but as a slowly move it foward it jumps to about half way.

Why would this be?

That video was made for the 11 Prom, but its the same process for the EurekaProm.

If you are still having problems, then you probably need to adjust a part of the pedals. I think there are instructions on the EurekaSound website.

Thanks benoni your always such a big help! I did the calibration and it still happens. Ill try opening it up when i get home.

A small percentage of FCB1010's have a misaligned expression pedal circuit. This webpage discusses it and has photos: http://www.el34world.com/Misc/Music/FCB_1.htm

If the LED & Photodetector are not aligned you could experience the problem you are seeing. Just "mess" with them a little, and the problem will go away.
