Renewal Help Please

I have an education perpetual license and two days ago I renewed the yearly upgrade/support plan. As of right now there is still no license that has been deposited. I only see the expired license in my products and subscriptions. I did receive an email yesterday telling me to check my products and subscriptions. I put in a case request but no answer. can anyone offer any info regarding this?
