P T reports no movie present
PT HD 7.4 on Mac PPC G5. Sometimes when I import video into a session P T reports NO MOVIE PRESENT but the same vid file plays fine in Quicktime, has anyone ever had this problem ???

Obvious, but, is the "circle" icon on the video track "on" (blue I think, not at a Pro Tools rig)?

yes the blue circle is on, but I think there is a / in the folder and file name is this an illegal PT character ?

A "/" in a filename? Is that even possible to do without a warning? hell yeah it seems so... / is the symbol for a folder change in a file path. get rid of it NOW!!
