Try this site. I think there is a fee associated with it, but not sure.
http://www.ilok.com/
If you have transfuser then you should have a ILOK key.

This is what the "TRANSFER" option says:

Quote:
You can transfer software licenses to another iLok.com account for a fee. Some licenses may require vendor approval, or an additional transfer fee (charged by the vendor) prior to being transferred to another user account. Some licenses may have restrictions that prevent transfer.

A fee of $25.00 per license must be paid to transfer licenses to another iLok.com account.
Or you might be able to move from one ILOK to the other ILOK with the "MOVE" option.

Since presumably your brother has his own iLok account your going to have to pay 25.00 per asset to transfer them to your account. Transfusar should have 2 assets. One for the plugin and one for the content. So thats 50.00.

Or you can buy a new iLok for 39.99 plug it in and transfer the assets from your brothers account to the new iLok. "Eject" the yet un registered iLok from his account. You have one week to sync the new iLok to to a new account. Now you can log in to your account. Insert the new iLok and transfer the assets to your account and then download the assets to your iLok. You have a week grace period to transfer as many assets as the new iLok will hold (approx 110+).

You can download the plugs from the Avid Pro Tools plugin page. The Transfuser content download link should be in your brothers "My Avid" account.
