Default General Troubleshooting: WinXP/Pro Tools M-Pow

Hi, I have try to run my Pro Tools with 4GB of RAM in my Windows XP Professional.

When Pro tools use 1.5GB of RAM I receive this error:
No Memory Available.

It's impossibile because OS tell my That I have 3.18 GB of Ram available.

How I can correct this problem ?
