PT10 panning automation problem
Hi,
I'm having a problem with panning automation. I'm trying to automate a fast passing car to picture. The sound kind of jumps between the LCR speakers. There seem to be silent gaps in between. The pan from L to R takes 12 frames so it's quite fast. When I make the pan slower it goes smoothly as it should. I just started to work in a new studio with no tech support. Any idea what to check? Re: PT10 panning automation problem
When surround panning, adjust your divergence until you get the smooth transition you're looking for.

Re: PT10 panning automation problem
Yes, just a bit of divergence made the move smooth. I just wonder why I never have had this problem before. Panning has worked fine without divergence.
