He seems a little overly opinionated and hyper vigilalnt about every topic and subject in the post

Yes. The OP's problems have been addressed (I just realized guitardom had posted about O&OSU10 before me), and it's up to him to decide what to do...
We all have our preferences and our reasons for them. Absolutely no reason to condemn the choices of others.

I can see why people would be upset regarding my opinion of Macs being that I just offended 98% of Pro Tools' user base.

Someone once told me that it's pretty evenly split between Mac and PC. I have no way to verify that.

PTSW might be close to 50/50, but PTHD is 98/2

Maybe one shouldn't make such broad sweeping comments. Tact and diplomacy are great tools in a community. They allow you to state your opinions in a way that doesn't offend others.

You can stick to 12.8.2, I cant seem to see any documentation that mentions additions or improvements for Windows based systems other than a version number, I may be wrong, but cant find anything other than info on Mac lol

Windows users can now see files in the Bounce Dialogue in 12.8.3. Been waiting a long time for that to be fixed. That alone is reason for me to update from 12.4 to 12.8.3.

So is it possible to upgrade to PI 12 on Win 7 without a subscription? It seems a waste to pay for a subscription if they no longer support Win 7.

Thanks!!~
