These people are really taking it to a new level. JC was on the forum late Christmas Eve/early today Christmas morning, DigiTechSupt is on the forum today Christmas day. Not sure, but I might have seen another member of Tech Support posting here today as well. And indeed I did, DigiCS.

This is way beyond the call of duty and certainly reinforces Digidesign's new openess and willingness to help Pro Tools users, their wanting to quickly get any bugs squashed and their desire to improve the customer service experience.

Since this is a User's Forum and NOT Digidesign Tech Support per se, this continued and increasing presence here is more than welcome, but as I stated previously, way beyond the call of duty on Christmas day.

Thank you to all the Digidesign Tech Support people, but especially those taking time away from family and friends to help out today on the DUC, much appreciated.

Merry Christmas & All The Best In 2009!
