Cant create a project with pro tools first!!

Cant create a project with pro tools first!!

Installed pro tools first yesterday. Cannot create a project as a window pops up telling me I have exceeded my 3 projects on this avid account, when I clearly hav'nt. Confidence in Avid dwindling
