Project wont open with error "Could not complete your request because while translat

I downloaded protools first for windows 10, and I mixed a song. But cannot open the project. while trying to open, it keeps saying..
"Could not complete your request because while translating DNet Collaboration Maps."

Can someone pls help?

i have downloaded and installed the latest version of Pro tools available..
I have installed it multiple times.
I have internet connectivity.

Started new project, did a lot of stuff in it, hit save, hit close session.

Tried to open the project and got, "Could not complete your request because while translating DNet Collaboration Maps."

I've experienced this on multiple projects now. I think we're SOL, I think the new web-based Pro Tools sucks horrible. Like, what kind of trashcan programming is this?

I got the same error a few times this week, although I was eventually able to recover my projects... Now, I'm getting the error again on both of my projects.

Everything was fine a couple hours ago.

I'll let you know if I find a solution.

Same here! I "upgraded" to PT First 2018 (shoulda stuck with 12), and started getting these errors, first on one project, now on all of them. WTF is that message supposed to mean? It doesn't even grammar! Does anyone know how they recovered a project with this problem, or do I have to start from scratch?

I don't know if it's related, but I know PT refuses to upload audio to the cloud on my PC. I used to think it was my slow internet connection, but I recently moved and got 1 gig fiber internet.

Cannot recover it from the cloud. Cleared cache. Any updates to this issue?

I have an older version of First that I use for "sketches" and though sometimes the online service was unavailable, it turned out my projects never lost permanently. I think PT cloud services has been updating and with a bunch of new users that arrive after Xmas every year plus the new version coming out its possible that their servers are a bit overloaded at peak times. Hopeful that this will settle down a bit after the new wears off and they get their systems stabilized. I think we just have to be patient and trust that our projects, though inaccessible at times, are still there. every time I thought one lost, it turned up later.

I'm trying to be patient and understanding, however I'm only allowed 3 projects at a time and 2 of them are not accessible now. I have one that has been getting this error since 1-31-18. The second one started getting this error last night 2-9-18. It's very frustrating when you spend days working on one and then have to go to another one because you can't load it anymore. So far neither has been recoverable since the initial error.

Hi. This is my first time interacting with this community. I'm getting the same error as others in this thread, i.e., "Could not complete your request because while translating DNet Collaboration Maps". This started happening immediately after I upgraded to Pro Tools 2018.1. It only happens for my existing projects. I tried creating a new project, and it works fine. I saw various references on the web to the possibility that this is related to plug-ins. I found instructions for removing plug-ins (I removed all of them), exited PT, restarted PT, and the problem continued. I also removed Pro Tools and reinstalled, but still having the problem. It's kind of a bummer. I put a fair amount of work into one of those two projects, and it was actually coming out pretty good. Any assistance will be appreciated. Thanks.
