There are any number of synths which would allow you to create the things you are looking for.. but that would require that you get one and learn how to use it...

There are things such as NI's offerings that you can buy as little or as much of the add-ons as you wish and would have a host of things ready made for you. I would suggest looking at their site to see.. here

NI also offers their Kontakt4 player for free which third-party developers can run their instruments on..

Spectrasonics has Omnisphere which is also very good..

Nothing good is going to be free, but for the power that the offerings of these two companies provide they can be a real bargain...
Here I am,
after time not long...
and thankful for the break,
What I found when I got there,
was that I couldn't stay away!

OuterLimits by Zero-G would probably meet your demands. Its really good. I suggest getting the box version that includes the plug- in/player, the download just includes the .wav and .nki files.

Do you already have Kontakt 4?

If you can spend $500 get Komplete 7. Kontakt will be your best friend. Absynth is great as well.

Definitely check out Native Instruments. They sell some affordable sound packs that work with their free players.

These would be right up your alley:

Note: These can only be purchased from their website. Some of their products are sold through dealers, but not these.

You could try Sonic Laboratory, a collection of 500 sound effects which I designed.
