Video Engine Error?
Every time I import a quicktime video file into a session, everything looks good until i click "Play" at which point I get an error message that reads "The Vide Engine reported an error. More information is in the video engine log file."
And then it refuses to play. And of course I went to c:/users/myuser/appdata/local/avid/ but there is no video engine log filder that i can find... there is an error log folder, but it is unhelpful. Anyone know what I should do next?
