Audio Crackle/ pops

Hi All

Having a strange issue where I'm having pops/ crackles when the audio fades out such as at the end of a song or going to a quite section.
Seems to happen in the same places dispute not actually being in the audio itself.


One thing I have noticed with the last session I did was after putting in fades it started doing this but after removing them still continued,

I checked with an older saved session and never did this.

Also when stopping session I get a sound burst !

Still happens when starting new session and importing all tracks

Not until you give us more info (Windows/Mac, operating system, hardware, etc.) on your system. Giving no info only delays you getting the help you need.

Ok seems the major issue is using DMG Equilibrium in a higher quality mode with my Pro Tools HD 10.3.7 on Mac OSX 10.7

Whilst not showing any strain on CPU what so ever is definitely causing these crackles and splutters.
