M3000's are quite a bit cheaper than they used to be. The reverbs are really nice! I also have an MPX1. The PCM91 is seriously way ahead, but not cheap obviously. I would try an M3000 and a PCM91 and see how you get on.

I also have an MPX1 but I am addicted to my SPX 900´s coming from the 02R´s and 01V´s. what are your opinions?

Default High quality studio reverb ?

I am using Lexicon MPX-1 in my small studio. I am thinking about purchasing some high quality sounding studio reverb. I wonder whether the sound quality would be really that much higher comparing to MPX-1 if I get TC M2000 or TC M3000 or any other high-end unit ? Or would you have any other good suggestion of a high quality natural sounding studio reverb unit within a reasonable price ? Thanks. Ivo

I am a fan of LEXICON reverbs, I have the MPX200.
Can anyone tell me anything about YAMAHA reverbs compared to LEXICON?

I am thinking of upgrading to a more PRO reverb. Any info would be great!

I like the reverb rooms, plates and halls from Yamaha SPX 900, like those in 02R and 01V, but not fan of their stereo delays. MPX1 is verynice too, but sometimes having to wait to load presets is boring

This is sort of on the topic - I just bought an old Lexicon LXP-1 - it's from 1982 - got it for like $65 bucks. Any you know what - it's really good. Has alot of character and depth - i think it might not even be 16bits but it's a great reverb. Just wondering if anyone else has one........
