Default Re: Air Mini Grand: no "long" sound, just short notes...

I resolve my problem with some steps:

1- Go to : Mac HD/User/"your user name"/Library/Preferences

2 - Find and delete the com.airmusictech.Mini.Grand.plist

Worked for me - but only until I restarted the machine. Then it was right back to the clipped notes.

I guess there's an issue with v1.2.1 of Mini Grand being able to read the .big file under Sierra.

I wonder if/when we'll see the newer 1.2.7 version here at Avid (?)

There's a thread in the Virtual Instruments sub about this issue. Someone there suggested deleting the Mini Grand pref file in the user library, which essentially makes it so that you have to relink to the .big file when you launch the plugin the next time.

Worked for me - but only until I restarted the machine. Then it was right back to the clipped notes.

I'm running El Cap and mini grand is not working for me either...I don't think it's a Sierra issue...I think it's a 12.6 issue. Super frustrating when I call Avid support and they tell me "we are busy and will email you some things to try...." seriously???

All other Air plugs work fine.
My mini grand, like many other people on here, just sounds like a pluck when you hit a key.

One question for all of you "this is not working for me" customers: have you UPGRADED to Sierra or done a clean install as you should?
