Default Protools 12.6 ready?

Just wondering if the current S6 software will work with Protools 12.6? Or do we need to wait for an S6 update?

Thanks!

I meant new S6 software. The main thing is that we have merged all EUCON teams and software development into one. I am now the Product Manager for all Surfaces. Going forward we will release at the same time, with the same version number for all products. This greatly simplifies testing, reliability, Co install of S6/EuControl/MCPro and eventually S5. To get the versions synced we have had to jump S6 to v3.5. The first thing you will notice is up to 50% increase in speed of session loads, Layout recall, banking and attentioning. There are also a few smaller features. The licensing has been changed from a per release activation to a yearly one that follows your support contract. More info will also shown in your Avid account.

This is in relation to software only at this point. So for example a feature like multiple EUCON Softkey Macros that was introduced on S6 would be easier to implement in EuControl now.

-what the hell... last time I check it was just 2.2...

Good to know.
