Default Audio level lower on left side output

The audio output level on the left side of my monitor setup is lower than the right. I have eliminated the cabling, Control 24 and my Mackie 824s. This leads me to believe the 192 I/O maybe the culprit. The thing is that this happens sporadically and dont know if its a software or hardware issue.

Any tips on what to do from this point? Thanks in advance!

Have you checked if the Reference Levels (Setup - Hardware Setup - Analog Out) are set correctly to the same level for L and R?

Are the level differences showing in the 192 meters? C24?

Yeah, what Sean said. Pots need to be exercised occassionally. Rotating the pots and calibrating can resolve this issue if that's where the problem lies.
