PTLE using vocal track with Vocoder

I have a 24 track recording in PTLE. Five vocals are on it. Reason and rewire launch easlily as slave under core audio
What is the best way to apply a vocoder effect to one or more of the pre-recorded vocals tacks? The PDF ops manual is a little fuzzy on this issue. I really do not have to sample the vocal and then bring it into Rex or RreDrum.
Any ieas how I can do this as simply as ading a reverb insert in PT?

I don't know what version of Reason you're running, but the new 2.5 has a Vocoder unit, called the BV512. If you're registered and all that, you should just download the update to 2.5 and, voila, Vocoder at your fingertips. I don't own Reason, so I can't tell you more than that.

Just want to know how to get vocoder to work on a vocal track that is already laid down in PTLE.
