Default Full EULA

Can the full EULA for all support products be made available.

Users should be able to read it prior to purchase as the terms have changed in a major way.

since the license has gone from owning to leasing.

EULA FULL posted as a download is necessary.

The "support product" is not software, consequently there is no EULA.

The terms of the "support product" have been listed on Avid's website since it was first announced.

There is no "leasing". For non-HD, you can go to your favorite retailer and buy a "perpetual" license for $699.00. It comes with a one-year service plan, and after that time, unless you renew the service plan, your license will still work, but the only "support" releases you will be eligible for are "bug fixes"...

Not sure if this is what you're looking for. But I've been doing multiple test installs on various partitions using OS X 10.10 & 10.10.1 with Pro Tools 11.3. In doing so the License agreement comes up.

I acquired my PT 11 license through a cross grade from MP before Dec 31, 2014 so I'm on the support plan until March 2016. The license should be attached in a PDF.

Unfortunately, this is the latest EULA...

He was looking for the one prior to this one...

It's probably going to have to come from PT 10...

Oh, in that case, I'd have to do the hack install of PT10 on my OSX 10.10. Did it once already, but found out why PT's10 isn't supported. Graphic issues. Either way, at the end of the day I think regardless of what the EULA says, AVid is going to do whatever the heck they want...they've made that abundantly clear...probably the only thing that is clear that they've done in the last two years!
