I’m sorry for your crashes.
I hadn’t so many but now is a real big problem!
Anyway I’ve found the installers in download center...I had no idea of his existence 😵

I've reinstall 2019.6 and now it worked....sh** !!!!!! (I'm happy but.........COME ON !!! )

we are not Sunday hobbyists, we are a studio that works every day with very demanding customers, we pay the avid tax to have the system always updated and you want to tell me that I am stuck to a version released in June 2019? What do I pay for? So when the 2020 version with folders comes out ... I guess I can't update because everything will collapse?

I open a case on official support and they just answer me that they know there's a bug with Logic Pro x and maybe native instrument in HD driver 2019.10 and 2019.12
Are you serious ??? Do you know how much cost this ultimate software ??

The bug is related to logic and native instrument stuff co-install on the machine.
I use only pro tools but I need logic sometime for exporting tracks by client.
So let me understand, I can’t have Logic installed because hd driver totally crash on pro tools?

I repeat. I’m not working with logic. The bug is when native instrument or logic is present on the hard drive.

Simply is un’accettable
I don’t remember that pro tools ultimate minimum requirement says: can’t work in a machine with other software installed

Strange. I have been able to avoid that bug then. Have HD driver 2019.12 on Catalina, have LogicX latest version, also have Kontakt5 that is totally not supported on Catalina.

So an operating system not fully tested is less buggy than high Sierra!
Anyway I’m a customer with a system fully compatible and I have paied my 2019 upgrade tax for a big bug system. Because I can’t see my hdx card. It’s not a little bug, is a total down service.

Driver must be rock solid. We have international clients, with highest expectations

I‘d be happy with AVID only releasing bugfixes for the next 12 months, no new features needed here...
Anyways, getting OT, I‘m glad you got back to a working system!
