Default HD Native card not recognized- ran many tests

Working with a client on their configuration:

Screen Shot 2018-02-15 at 2.45.24 PM.png

Screen Shot 2018-02-15 at 2.51.23 PM.png

As you can see from the pictures, their PCIe Native Card does not show the driver installed, so it is not even recognized by DigiTest. After uninstalling Pro Tools 11.3.2, I had him install the 11.3.2 Drivers first, Restart the computer, then install Pro Tools 11.3.2 software. The Native card does not show up in the Playback Engine window, or the Hardware window. Is it possible that this computer only has PCI slots and not PCIe slots? Is it possible that this card is bad? Please let me know if anyone has any ideas/solutions.

Thanks,
Joe

no, then the Octo card wouldn't work.

When you say drivers, you mean the HD Driver right?

Steps I would try:
1-pull the HDN card, inspect the edge connector and reseat
2-check that the OS and version of PT are compatible
3-in case you are dealing with PT software newer than 12.4HD, you also need a Digilink license on the iLok(and make sure you have an HD license and not just the non-HD version).

Thanks, Drew. Yeah, I guess this beast is PCIe equipped...

I do mean the HD Drivers. Installed the 11.3.2 that came with the 11.3.2 PT Installer. Do you think I should try rolling back to the 11.3.1 driver?

Thanks, Dave.

1- did this- same result
2- as you can see from the pics that I submitted, he is on Sierra (10.12.x), trying to run PT 11.3.2_ Would this cause these problems with the HDn card, even on the Profiler level- regardless of the PT version?
3- n/a at this point

So not really anything other than 2 above. Please let me know what you think. Thanks again.

Near the top of this(and every) page, there's a link called Additional Resources. Follow that and navigate to the compatibility grid to see if that version of PT works with Sierra

That's so stupid thing that Professional Audio System got the problem like this.

Now I'm on Maverick Macpro 5,1 Pcie native card with HD Omni
I tested on Sierra, and got same problem HD Driver didn't recognize HD card.
I tried many way, I got the result. let's try
After Installed PT 2008.1, I go to Extension Folder on System/Library and /Library Find the "Digidal.kext" and Delete it. restart and install HD driver of 12.8.3. after next restart you should see HD card.

but I tried the same on High Sierra, no Any HD Driver working on PCIe HD Native card. Damn.
