Or bring a little screwdriver to NAMM!

the top cover screws are 4/40 x1/4"
any hardware store will have them ( maybe not in black? )
the length can be as long as 3/8" to 1/2" without affecting anything under the cover

the rear expansion slot screws are 2/56 x 3/8 ( most hardware stores will have them also )

That could be costly:

192 screws x 25c each? = $48.00USD

Maybe Avid have a 192Toolkit Toolkit

the" do it center " here in LA
has them around 9 cents each

pacific radio has a bag of 50 4/40 screws
for $5

osh has a bag of 10 4/40 screws for $0.89

who ever it was that said they cost 25 cents each
really deserves to pay that amount for just not
doing any research

Probably true, but my post was a joke and in jest

I wasn't really that interested in shopping around town to grab some real world prices for my post
