Default There is no sound from guitar connecter to Mbox2 Pro

Hello.

I would be very much obliged if you could help me.

I installed Mbox2 Pro and Pro Tools LE 8 on my MacBook Pro

It identifies perfectly with the OS

I start Pro Tools and create a track from a template (with a drum-track)

The playback is ok via headphones (I can hear drum track clearly)

I connects guitar to Input 1 (I switch it to DI)

But there is no sound in headphones from guitar. I can't record it either.

Adjusting Monitor and Input 1 levels won't help at all.

Please help me to record the guitar track an be able to hear to my guitar connected to Mbox2 Pro in the headphones in via monitors.

Thank you.

You are using the 1/4" jack on the front right? Have the guitar turned up all the way?

Thnx!!! that was the problem! I didn't triggered the track. Once I pressed REC on the track - everything was settled!
