It might be quickest to contact Avid support: https://www.avid.com/learn-and-support/contact-support The DUC is just a user forum.
As a temporary workaround, you could get a trial: https://my.avid.com/get/pro-tools-ultimate-trial to at least get you going until the license is sorted out. Joel
