PT 11.3.1 won't find Live 9.5 - Avid Pro Audio Community

PT 11.3.1 won't find Live 9.5

I'm not able to see Ableton Live as a plugin rewire in PT. I thought it was a 64 bit mode issue so I installed the latest version of Live, 9.5 which is 64 bit. Still not showing up. Any ideas
