Extended in and outs in PT

Hi all

I have a Lynx Aurora 8 and a Lynx AES16e that I connect via a 25 pin cable.
I use my AES16e as a slave and my Aurora 8 is the master clock.
I have a free 'B' port on my AES16e but my Aurora 8 has no connections available.
I do have an ADAT card in the Aurora 8 left over from when I used this as master for a 002 rack

I have a new Vermona DRM-1 drum machine and I want to record the audio from each of the drum outputs.

I was thinking about a Focusrite Octopre Dynamic Mk 2 so I can input my 8 drum inputs into Pro Tools, But...

What is the best way to connect this? Would I use ADAT in and out into the Aurora 8 and use my 'B Port' on the AES16e to input the audio..?

How about the BNC word clock, how would i use this as I still want the Aurora 8 to be the master
