Default -9514 Disk Cache Error

"Could not allocate memory for the disk cache. Try lowering yor disk buffer (dae buffer) disk cache size, or engine voice count.

We have installed on the C drive. It tells us to delete the prefs If the error was on launch. We have Done this but to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Are you saving/recording session to a separate drive?

Is this on Win 7 or Win 8?

Does "Run as Administrator" help?

INSTALLED on the C drive is all well and good, and exactly where it belongs, but what do you have for a recording drive?
How about some, ANY, system info?
