Getting a License from a destroyed I llok to a brand new Ilok
Hi All, I have a situation were my original ilok was broken in two, I went and purchased a new one . the problem I'm having is getting Activation from the Ilok Mgr to my new Ilok. PLEASE ADVISE!!!!! Thanks Joe G

You will need to contact iLok and get an RMA to return your broken iLok to them.
They will then be able to help you get your licenses onto your new iLok...

Thanks Bill we found the original Ilok but only have half of it ( Data side!) I'm still in PT purgitory, I can use any help you can, give me I'm just stuck at this point

Dunno what that would cost but way cheaper then re-purchasing your software I'm sure. Logon to ilok and start there, Good Luck Chris

And mail it in with tracking and insurance. You don't want the USPS losing for you.
