12.5 crashes
Nope. Except when my CC project local cache corrupted, but it was easy to fix by deleting local cache. It was simply something Avid Beta didn't notice

How many busses does everyone have if they are calaberating? I only get 24. 256 in regular sessions.

Re: 12.5 crashes
This has resolved issues on my end. To recap, I had been experiencing problems with Inflator Native G5 version specifically. In old sessions with a version of Inflator instantiated prior to the 12.5 update, attempting to deactivate Inflator, move Inflator from one insert slot to another, or close the session resulted in a crash. I am happy to report that these steps have resolved my issue. Hopefully this will help some of you that are experiencing the same.
1. Navigate to ~/Library/Preferences/Avid/Pro Tools The quickest way to get there is to press Shift+Command+G in the Finder, and paste the path into the pop-up. 2. Move the 'InstalledAAXPlugins' file to your Desktop and rename to 'InstalledAAXPlugins - crash' or similar This will force all of your plug-ins to be rescanned at the next launch 3. Re-launch Pro Tools and try to reproduce the crash |

Re: 12.5 crashes solution
This folder is your User/Library folder, not your HD/Library folder.
This is often not visible. To see it, click once on your desktop (go to Finder) then click once on "Go" in the Finder menubar along the top, then press and hold the 'Alt' key. You will see your User Library appear. Select this. Navigate to : ~(User)/Library/Preferences/Avid/Pro Tools Drag the 'InstalledAAXPlugIns' file onto your desktop. Launch Pro Tools once more and check that the Oxford Limiter now works normally. |

Re: 12.5 crashes
The location is in your user preferences, and you can even change it
