Sound Stopped on 11R

Hi,
all sound stopped on my computer after I exported audio onto my Desktop from PT. iTunes, Youtube, & PT have no sound. However, the 'Internal Speakers' still work but not 'Avid Eleven Rack' for Output under Sound in System Preferences. The headphones also work through the 11R.

Things I tried:
- installing the drivers again
- switching monitors
- trying different things in Audio Devices
- restarting the computer/ turning it off

This is really bizarre & don't know what happened. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?

I don't keep my 11R up and running anymore, but I do recall getting into this situation in the past. I ended up having to change something like the input source clock, maybe? It was as if the control panel view and the actual 11R setting got mis-aligned. Sorry I can't recall more.

Is the Eleven Rack properly detected in Device Manager? Is it enabled as a sound device under Control Panel, Sounds? Does the Eleven Rack Editor detect the Eleven Rack?

Generally I'd recommend keeping Windows sounds from using my interface (Disabling the Eleven Rack ins/outs in Control Panel, Sounds). You don't want Windows bleeps and bloops causing an issue with Pro Tools while you're tracking.

I'd run one of my Eleven Rack outs to an in on your sound card or vise-versa, that is how I have my interface conneected.
