my output rev.d won't go lower to 1.228v

hi all
i have 2 output cards rev.d and rev.f
tried to calibrate it trim A -14 and trim B -18
but my rev.d won't go lower to 1.228v some trims only till 1.299 and some 1.286

help plzzzz

What are you using to meter it? Are you sure it's a true RMS meter? 0vu = +4dBu = -18dBFS is well within the calibration range of a 192.
