It's not just an Internet connection, you are also at the mercy of the authorization provider's servers. Even if your connection is fine, if their server isn't, sorry, no authorization and no program(s) until they come back. For the cost of an iLok and $30 a year for ZDT, I'm up 24/7.

Sorry for the interruption that affected the use of iLok Cloud this week. We've been talking with iLok and they are implementing processes to prevent this from happening again.

Note that any interruption in iLok's services would be displayed in real-time at the top of the iLok home page, and they also provide https://status.ilok.com to view current status.

We'll update the sticky thread in the Licensing and Accounts subforum with this info.
