Default Cannot run windows anymore - wdf01000.sys BSOD

After installing PT9, I can't run windows out of safe mode anymore. The disc came with 9.0.3 on, and I've tried removing it (which I have to do in safe mode), and it doesn't remove everything it installed! It's not removing the HFS+ component it installed, or the MacDrive software.

The error on the blue screen relates to "wdf01000.sys"

I'm running windows 7 64 bit

Do Avid have a 28 day software support line?
