Default Unable to locate Digidesign hardware. Make sure hardware is connected and turned on..

Hi all,

I have tried so much to get my new Mbox Mini and PT 8.0.4 to work with my new laptop. I tried re installing the drivers from the disc, site. I tried http://howtoprotools.wordpress.com/2...esign-hardware. All with no success. The laptop and Mini are brand new. Here are the computer specs:

Sorry I can't help. I don't do Windows. You may find more help on the Windows forum. This is the Mac forum.

For 8.0.4, you don't need any drivers except for the ones built in to the installer. Are you trying to use the new drivers for PT9?
