alt st going to Left/center when alt pressed
I have a 5.1 setup with a c24
when i press the alt mon on the c24 my feed goes to the left, and center feed. I have to go to the I/O and change the center feed to ch 3 right feed in order to get plain old stereo?? When i create a 5.1 master the stereo goes to the correct 1/3 feeds ?? Question when I press the alt mon button should the c24 get the feed from ch 7/8 automatically, which is where it is on the db25 cable?? My first 8 outputs on the 192 are as follows 1-L 2-C 3-R 4-Ls 5-Rs 6- LFE 7-alt st L 8-alt st-R |

Re: alt st going to Left/center when alt pressed
It sounds like a routing problem within the C24.
Is there some kind of reset you can do ? If the 5.1 didn't work I think that your cable was wrong and o/p's 2 & 3 were reversed. When you press the alt mon button, whatever you were listening to, should be fed via o/p's 7 & 8 to you second set of speakers. (At least thats what happens on the old Control 24.
